Refunds & timing
You can keep using Amazon Music Unlimited until your plan ends; after that, Unlimited songs and podcasts are grayed out in your Library. Per Amazon Music Terms, fees already paid are non-refundable (EU, UK, and Brazil customers may withdraw within 14 days of sign-up for a refund). Annual plans, free trials, promotions, and third-party-billed plans cannot be paused. Signed up through Apple, Google Play, or a mobile carrier? Their cancellation and refund policies apply.
FAQ
Does canceling Amazon Music Unlimited cancel Prime?
No. Amazon Music Unlimited is a separate subscription. Canceling it in Your Amazon Music Settings does not cancel Amazon Prime.
When does Amazon Music Unlimited stop after I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current plan period. After that, Unlimited songs and podcasts are grayed out and playback is removed.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
Eligible monthly plans can pause from the cancel flow; the pause starts at the end of the billing cycle. Annual plans, free trials, promotions, and Apple/Google Play/carrier plans cannot pause.
