How to cancel Life360

Cancel Life360 Gold/Platinum in the app (Settings → Account → Cancel Membership) or on life360.com Manage Membership; finish in App Store or Google Play when redirected.

Cancel on the web

  1. Log in at Life360.com with the account that purchased the membership (only the subscriber can cancel).
  2. Open Manage Membership (life360.com/account/manage-membership).
  3. Tap or click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
  4. If Manage Membership is missing, another Circle member may be the subscriber — ask them to cancel from their account.

Cancel on iPhone / iOS

  1. In the Life360 app (when Cancel Membership appears): Settings → Account → Cancel Membership → review → Cancel Membership → choose a reason → Continue → Yes, Confirm Cancellation. Life360 may open the App Store — tap the Life360 subscription → Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial during a 7-day trial).
  2. Or cancel directly in Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Life360 → Cancel Subscription. Life360 cannot cancel an App Store plan for you if that control is missing in-app.

Cancel on Android

  1. In the Life360 app: Settings → Account → Cancel Membership → confirm through the prompts. The app may send you to Google Play — open the Life360 subscription → Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial during a trial).
  2. Or in Google Play: profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Life360 → Cancel subscription (Pause payments is also offered on some plans).

Refunds & timing

Life360 states it does not refund unused time on a membership. After you cancel, membership features stay valid until the paid period ends. Only the family member whose App Store, Google Play, or Life360.com account created the membership can cancel it.

FAQ

Who can cancel a Life360 membership?

Only the subscriber — the Circle member whose Apple, Google Play, or Life360.com account purchased it. Other Circle members cannot cancel it.

I do not see Cancel Membership in the app.

Cancel on Life360.com → Manage Membership, or cancel in the App Store / Google Play subscription settings for Life360. Life360 notes in-app cancel is not shown for every member.

Do I get a refund when I cancel Life360?

Life360 says unused membership time is not refunded; access continues until the paid period ends.
