Refunds & timing

Benefits continue until the end of the paid period. After it ends you lose multiplayer, monthly games access, etc. You can reactivate before the next payment date if offered. PS5: Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Payment and Subscriptions → Subscriptions. PS4: PlayStation Plus → Manage Membership → Subscription.
